"Take my Breath away" was composed by the songwriting group of Giorgio Moroder and Tom Whitlock, who also wrote Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone" and "Meet Me Halfway" for the Movie "Over The Top". The collection's smashing hits (including Berlin's "Take My Breath Away" and Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone") continue to mark out the affected, theatrical music that towered above the single charts of the eon.
